In the cyber age, when virtually most messages are transpired through Twitter and Facebook, Deepika Padukone remains the quintessential romantic who’s yet hung up on love letters and small notes.
States Deepika in a tabloid quote, “There’s romance in written words. There’s something about getting a letter in a pink envelope that makes you feel all mushy. I’m still a sucker for good old romance. I’m sure every girl goes though his phase. There’s this teacher whom you have a massive crush on and you pass on a small note to your best friend about how good he’s looking today. It’s the kind of romance that I still love.”
On the personal front, the actress is all set to scoot off for a holiday…destination undecided, as yet! States DP,”This holiday has been pending for quite some time. I’ll be out of the country for a fortnight before I start working with Imran Khan on ‘Break Ke Baad’. It’s not easy for me to take my mind off work completely. But when I’m surrounded by friends and family, it helps me to switch off.”
